The Keung Lab develops new synthetic biology approaches to address pressing human needs. We are currently engineering molecular tools to study and intervene in diseases, harnessing stem cells for biomedical therapies and to unravel disease mechanisms, and designing next generation biological circuits for use in cell-based biotechnology.
